2. Delivery Zones:

  • Arizona Coverage: We deliver to all major areas within Arizona, including principal (Tucson), in preorder (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and other metropolitan areas) . Delivery times may be longer for rural locations.
  • Rural Deliveries: Some rural areas in Arizona may experience longer delivery times. Mundiflowers is committed to doing everything possible to meet delivery expectations in these regions.

3. Delivery Time:

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders received before the daily cutoff time (4:00 PM PST) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays unless otherwise specified.
  • Estimated Transit Times:
    • Standard Shipping (Arizona): 1 to 2 business days, depending on the location within Arizona.
    • Express Shipping (Arizona): Next-day delivery for most cities and metropolitan areas in Arizona if the order is placed before the cutoff time.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Mundiflowers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Changes and Cancellations:

  • Address Changes (Arizona): If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation. We will do our best to adjust the address before the order is shipped.
  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

8. Failed Delivery Policy:

  • Recipient Unavailable: If no one is available to receive the flowers at the provided address, the carrier may attempt a second delivery or leave the package in a safe location.
  • Re-Delivery Attempts: If the delivery fails multiple times, additional charges for re-shipping may apply. We will coordinate with you to ensure successful delivery.
